Community Appearance
Residents and property owners in an ISD set the standards of
quality, which are then managed by the ISD. Lake Padgett Estates ISD
maintains many items in order to keep our community looking great.
Maintenance of the turf, trees, palms, shrubs, annuals, and also the
irrigation system in the recreational areas are all the
responsibility of the ISD.
In February 2006, Lake Padgett Estates ISD took over the daily maintenance of the amenities from Pasco County. The District hired a two-man crew of Stephen Rowell and Michael Grealis who began immediately making repairs to Lake Padgett Estates ISD assets.
The Lake Padgett Estates ISD Maintenance staff continues to repair items as needed and follows a set Maintenance Schedule for all parks. As well, an Operations Report is presented at the monthly District meeting to update both the Board and the residents of Lake Padgett Estates on the status of operational and maintenance affairs.
