Election Information

Notice of Qualifying Period for Candidates for Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District Board of Supervisors

In accordance with section 190.006(3)(b), Florida Statutes, Lake Padgett Estate Independent Special District (the “District”) hereby gives notice that the elections for open seats on Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) will be held at the general election on November 2, 2010.

Seats 1,2,3,4 and 5 will be elected to four year terms in accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable law governing District elections. The qualifying period for candidates for the general election begins at noon on Monday, June 14, 2010 and expires at noon on Friday, June 18, 2010.

Please contact the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections for more information regarding the candidate qualification process for the open seats on the Board.
